Renamed routeTopicCreate to CreateTopic and moved it into /routes/topic.go Moved three routes into /routes/user.go Renamed routeIps to IPSearch and moved it into /routes/moderate.go Moved the IP Search logic out of the route and into the DefaultIPSearcher.
